As a mental health practitioner I aim to create space for those who seek support in finding understanding and purpose. Particularly those who are challenged by acknowledging their own struggles. Having worked as a first responder and blue color laborer I am quite familiar with the struggles of these populations. I hope to use my experience to help individuals from these backgrounds to live their lives fully. Managing the stressors of daily life and the challenges that face working individuals is never ending task. I wish to serve as a support in finding peace of mind and fulfilment amongst the the daily grind.
