I specialize in working with adolescents and adults, helping individuals find deeper connections to themselves and their lives. Within my practice, my goal to support others utilize various skills and garner insights into their experience so that they can live more abundant and fulfilling lives. I believe that building insight and generating meaning around experiences can facilitate behavioral changes. Within my practice, it is my desire to join with individuals in their daily challenges so that, together, we can find ways to overcome those difficulties.
