Life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. I help kids (10+) and adults navigate the effects of traumatic experiences, including depression, anxiety, and addictive behaviors. I also work with couples to improve communication, build empathy, and reconnect emotionally. My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-focused. I For those who wish, I can incorporate Christian counseling. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way and create a plan that helps you feel more in control of life, and connecting with joy, purpose, and peace.
