I’m also passionate about supporting adults through big life changes—whether it’s career shifts or tough relationships. In addition, I’ve found a niche with women seeking clarity in their identities as they age. I’m a down-to-earth therapist who likes to bring humor into sessions—because let’s face it, being human can be overwhelming sometimes! In my experience, many of our current struggles are rooted in the past. Untangling what we carry can feel daunting, especially when trying to make space for what we want. Our minds can be more complex than any mystery—and that’s where I come in! I’ve had great success using EMDR, IFS, CBT, EFT, and trauma therapies to help untie those knots.
