I endeavor in what I strongly believe is my life’s calling in helping improve the overall quality of life for others. By combining a blend of genuine warmth and compassion, as well as a keen use of clinical training I received while attending New York University, I am committed to your desire for whatever change you feel is needed in your life while providing a supportive, non-judgmental, & client-centered atmosphere. I work with clients beginning in adolescence through senior years & currently hold a license to practice in Florida, Colorado, Iowa, & New Mexico. My areas of expertise are anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, self-esteem issues, parenting challenges, family issues, loss/bereavement, & sexuality issues. I utilize scientifically supported approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), & Mindfulness Meditation.
