I am passionate about helping children and young adults find their inner strengths, express their emotions, and increase resiliency. Working previously in early childhood, elementary, and special education as well as mental health gives me a unique ability to support children of various ages, developmental levels, and needs in navigating life's challenges, building coping skills, & improving relationships. I am a parent of neurodivergent kids & offer a neurodiversity affirming space for both children & adults. I view my clients holistically. Using a client’s strengths and interests helps foster a supportive environment for healing. View 12 Photos Sandtray therapy, an Expressive Arts modality, provides clients opportunities for exploring thoughts and feelings in addition to processing trauma, either verbally or non-verbally. I provide safety, am the witness and guide in Sandtray therapy. Clients utilize the sand tray to create worlds in which they tell their stories using miniatures.
