Welcome! I’m Courtney Tiner, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified EMDR therapist, and I’m truly honored to be a part of your journey towards greater freedom and fulfillment. My work is centered around helping individuals reclaim their sense of agency and self-worth. Through a combination of attachment-focused EMDR and ego states, I guide clients in processing and integrating their most challenging experiences, empowering them to rediscover their inner strength. Since 2014, I’ve had the privilege of working with survivors of complex trauma, tailoring evidence-based modalities to meet each person’s unique needs.
