I welcome new clients who are interested in making life changes. I individualize my approach to each person and family, drawing from skills learned over the years. My areas of specialty include life change adjustments, interpersonal and family relationships, eating disorders, mood disorders, and anxiety issues. I am also a speaker and educator, clinical consultant, and give workshops and lectures on clinical psychotherapy topics and positive psychology.
