There is a path forward- and I’ve spent the last 15 years helping teens and adults build aligned, meaningful lives. Through a warm and collaborative relationship, we use EMDR, somatic tools, skill building and parts work to reclaim your life and voice. You are the expert in your lived experience and I bring a decolonizing, engaged and culturally responsive approach to keep your process moving toward living the life you truly want. I’ve specialized in working with adolescents, adults in their 20s and 30s, and those navigating burnout or emotions impacting school and/or work, trauma, relational challenges and LGBTQ identities. This life stage can feel intense. You're shaping your career, defining your values, and building relationships that matter. I'm also an EMDR Certified Therapist.
