My approach is well-suited for those looking to go beyond “quick fixes” and move toward deeper self-knowledge, healthier relationships, and a greater sense of aliveness. Together, we’ll look at how past hurts, family issues, and inner conflicts affect us in the here-and-now—whether everyday life is hard to manage, or there's just a feeling that something is “off.”
