If you feel like you’re holding it together on the outside, but feel anxious or quietly struggling inside, you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I work with teen girls and young adult women who feel intense pressure to succeed, stay in control, or be “past this,” yet feel stuck in cycles of perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or struggles with food and body image. I bring over a decade of experience, including many years as a Clinical Director, plus the highest level of advanced training in eating disorder care (CEDS-C), and I intentionally keep a small caseload so I can offer focused care.
