For over 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people navigate life’s challenges in ways that bring healing and growth. I'm especially skilled at using a variety of disciplines to help client focus on workable solutions while examining the root causes of their discomforts. From depression to anxiety, grief, and depression to addiction, solutions are often found deep inside yourself.
