Most of my clients come to me having felt that something is "not right" in their life. Maybe their relationships are struggling, they are unhappy at work or school, or they are finding it difficult to keep up with all the changes in their lives. I enjoy partnering with both adults and adolescents (and their families). My work with adults tends to focus on self-esteem and self-acceptance, interpersonal conflicts, anxiety, and life transitions. I also enjoy working with adolescents who struggle with anxiety and self-esteem, are experiencing school failure or difficulty, or are struggling to cope with life's changes in healthy ways.
