I provide Telehealth only. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I have been a therapist in community mental health, private practice, and the public school system which has provided me the opportunity to gain a broad range of experience in serving diverse populations. I have pursued post licensure training and/or certifications in EMDR, Gottman level 1&2 couples therapy, CBT, and Prepare & Enrich to develop more tools to enhance the therapy process for my clients.
