Sometimes we must re-learn how to think outside of the boxes we've built in life and adapt for the challenges that may come. It can be hard, but I believe you have all the necessary tools to do so with success – and I will help you adapt these tools for all the obstacles you may face along the way. I believe connection is key to success in the therapeutic experience, and I would be honored to create a positive, safe space for connection and success to bloom for you. I love to utilize play and creativity in sessions to engage in emotional release, processing, and understanding. I approach from a multi-faceted theoretical lens, using techniques such as CBT, Person-centered, and more. I individualize each treatment plan to the needs of each specific person I work with.
