My primary focus includes working with adults who struggle with the effects of trauma, anxiety, moral injury, grief, and loss. I have added additional training to my program for active-duty military personnel, veterans, and their families, and am affiliated with the Strongstar Training Initiative (Strong Star) and Psych Armor. I am committed to utilizing evidence-based therapy practices and recognize that each client deserves individualized care.
