I provide counseling for children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of areas. My areas of interest are anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma-informed care, as well as existential and spiritual concerns. Counseling can be utilized for problems big and small, and the primary goal is that no matter what complications arise in your life, you will have the skills and the self-confidence to adapt to them. I recognize that every person is a unique individual possessing their own strengths.
