As a therapist specializing in the APA approved Unified Mindfulness approach, I help clients develop the clarity, calm, and emotional resilience needed to navigate life with greater ease. Most importantly, I help people see their own strengths and integrate them into their lives, regardless of the difficulties from the past. By understanding your own motivations, desires, values, or possible confusion, we can work together to find a path toward healing and growth.
