I have been in the mental health field for 22 years including 12 years providing individual therapy. I focus on depression, anxiety, addiction, aging, and relationship issues. My approach to therapy is based on a collaborative process of helping my clients discuss their unique issues and walking with them on a path of self-discovery. I believe that each individual is capable of growth, peace of mind, and living healthier lives.
