I aim for a collaborative and decolonized approach to therapy, while holding impeccable space for you to heal, explore, rest, and become. I am currently passionate about providing: - Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), as this is the leading current legal psychedelic assisted therapy available to us in Vermont and nationwide. - Equine-collaborative therapy, where humans and horses engage together in healing, trauma clearing, and spiritual connection. I also integrate Brainspotting, EMDR, somatic experiencing techniques, guided imagery, parts work, and walk/ski/ride-and-talk.
