Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in painful relationship patterns, or exhausted by anxiety, mood swings, or intense emotional reactions they don’t fully understand. I often work with clients who have tried therapy before and are looking for more practical tools to manage intense emotions and break long-standing patterns. I work primarily with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are seeking both a supportive space to process and skills-based strategies to create meaningful, lasting change.
