Accepting NEW clients! If you’re ready to do the work and get a little uncomfortable, I can help you. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for healing, and together we’ll challenge unhelpful beliefs, build healthier patterns, and reclaim a sense of control. I primarily work with adults navigating PTSD and trauma, depression, ADHD, and anxiety. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where real growth can happen. I also offer clinical supervision to LMSW-CC and LCPC-C clinicians in Maine as a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS).
