I believe that caring for your emotional well-being is one of the most meaningful investments you can make in yourself and your relationships. Together, we’ll focus on helping you move toward the version of yourself you want to be not from a place of shame or judgment, but from growth, and compassion. My style is both direct and supportive: I don’t believe in overwhelming you with uninvited feedback, but I will offer guidance, insight, and concrete suggestions when they can support your goals. Through honest communication and mutual respect, we’ll create a space where you can feel seen, challenged, and supported. I’m a clinically trained MSW with specialized experience in couples work, betrayal trauma, infidelity, intimacy, and am a kink-competent ENM/poly practice. I also bring 7 years clinical experience in residential addiction and co-occurring mental health treatment for adults struggling with substance misuse. I am proudly a LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist.
