Hello! I am now accepting new in-person clients on Tuesdays! I specialize in working with people who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting stress, trauma, or general life challenges. These things can have such an impact on our lives and our relationships with others, and it may feel overwhelming to try and navigate these on your own. Navigating the stress of parenthood is hard and can feel isolating and may even be triggering your own trauma. You want to understand why these things are happening and how to change them or make them stop. You want to be happy and enjoy your life.
