I believe that within every person you have the tools to find what you need, but sometimes it is difficult to know where to start. My role as a therapist is to build a safe and nonjudgmental partnership to support you in connecting with your own inner wisdom and capacity for growth, healing, and transformation. I combine your knowledge of your own life with my training and experience to support you as a whole person in the context of your intersecting identities, experiences, and environment. My specialty is working with young adults and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, shame, and grief.
