I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have experience providing therapy to children with behavioral disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have experience providing dialectic behavioral therapy with adolescents, adults, and families using a person-centered approach. Additionally, I provide support to couples/adults to help them understand their roles in relationships as well as assisting them in creating healthier boundaries/dynamics for more fulfilling relationships.
