I offer a non-judgmental, empathetic space to give you room to process areas of your life that may be causing distress. My hope is that when you leave my office, you'll feel heard and empowered. I find it to be a privilege to walk alongside people as they explore their thoughts, emotions and experiences. I'll support you by using evidence based practices, such as Person Centered, EMDR and Motivational Interviewing. My experience as a therapist has given me the opportunity to work with people who have experienced trauma, as well as people living with substance use disorder, anxiety, depression, grief and major mental health concerns.
