Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my undergraduate degree from Cornell University and my Masters of Social Work from the State University of New York at Buffalo. I have been working in the field for many years and have helped many individuals facing a variety of life challenges to make positive changes and lead their best life. I am looking forward to working with you! Life often presents us with challenges, but that doesn't mean you have to go through them alone. I hope to create a safe, nonjudgmental space to share the issues that have brought you to therapy. I plan to actively listen to your concerns, provide feedback and help you begin to explore some of the goals you want to work on to be the best version of yourself.
