As humans, we are designed to seek safe and secure connections, which includes unwavering acceptance and support, particularly in the face of adversity. Unfortunately, some people in childhood through adulthood do not receive nurturance which would enable them to gain healthy self-concept. This lack of support can contribute to maladaptive coping strategies including issues with substances, relationships, and career. I aim to provide a safe haven and secure base for individuals and couples to address these issues, receive support, and gain holistic balance. I am passionate about serving LGBTQ+, particularly bisexual, clients.
