In our work together, I will not ask you to complete worksheets, talk about breathing, or the importance of mindfulness. In fact, we are unlikely to talk about many things you can easily find through a Google search. Instead, I will ask questions to learn about you, explore various parts of yourself and your history, critical life experiences, and the relationship between them. The stress we feel and the barriers we face are often rooted to those very relationships we will explore. I am able to work with those in New York, Illinois, and Indiana. I have worked with young adults and professionals from all over the world, during remarkably stressful times of transition. I pursue this work from a genuine interest in other people's stories and the inspiring way we overcome.
