I am a Licensed Psychologist and have been working in Berkshire County, MA and beyond for 20+ years. My down-to-earth approach to therapy involves creating an environment where clients can feel comfortable working on whatever is bothering them, be it life issues, anxiety, ADHD, past trauma, etc. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, although I have been trained in many other approaches as well. We will work together to find the approach that suits you and what you need for the problems in your life. I work with clients of all ages. I am the owner and founder of Insight Counseling and Testing, LLC.
