One of the most important aspects in therapy is for a person to feel heard, to be respected, and to be understood. Each individual is unique and therefore no one issue is ever the same among different people. I utilize an integrative approach to meet the needs of the person, not the "problem". Trust is paramount in the therapeutic setting and I strive to create a safe and empathetic environment to facilitate growth. One of my passions is working with teenagers/young adults and their families.
