I’m Dawn, MA, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist offering therapy throughout California. I provide grounded, supportive therapy for women, mothers, and caregivers navigating anxiety, burnout, and emotional overwhelm. In addition to my clinical training, I bring lived experience as a parent and understand the emotional weight of caring for others and oneself.
