If you're having trouble finding a therapist who truly understands your needs and goals, I may be able to offer support. I specialize in treating complex trauma, including shock trauma and attachment-related wounds, mood disruptions, complex personality patterns, and anxiety. I also have experience assisting individuals in navigating the complexities of trauma we hold in our bodies. I am a trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), Neuroaffective Relational Model Master Therapist (NARM), & Dialectical Behavior Therapy Team Leader (DBT). I also see couples using Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). I also love working with LGBTQIA+, and consensual non-monogamy. Every human is welcome!
