I have over 15 years experience working for the Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, serving clients with severe illnesses in both inpatient and outpatient settings throughout the state. Using evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, and Harm Reduction, I work with adults experiencing mood instability, grief & loss, personality disorders, problematic substance use, difficult transitions, anxiety, depression and general malaise become the best versions of themselves. I utilize a collaborative solution-focused approach to assist adults of all ages to find a more balanced life. I am non-judgmental and compassionate and welcome anyone to work with me to feel better.
