I often compare counseling to chemotherapy. I went through chemotherapy because I believed it offered hope for curing my cancer. In a similar vein, counseling offers you the hope of a new way of doing life. Are your relationships all you want them to be? Are you able to put words to your feelings? Or do they just seem like a dark mess? Are you feeling powerless and out of control in your world? My office is a safe place to explore your heart and to learn new ways of living.
