I look forward to using over 25 years of counseling experience to help others through the life challenges they face. I've had the opportunity to work with professionals, groups, individuals, couples and student athletes. I have also had the pleasure of working with professional athletes in the NBA, NFL, MLB, and U.S. and International Olympic teams. Additionally, I enjoy leadership development and team building through group and individual development. I offer a free initial 30 minute consultation in order to evaluate for a therapeutic relationship; will make referrals as needed.
