I am passionate about people and their stories, where mental health and Christianity intersect, and how God is calling us toward redemption. If you’re navigating anxiety, grief, or relational wounds, you’re not alone. As a trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and grief-informed counselor, I walk with clients through their valley of grief and loss toward hope, clarity, and redemption. I serve clients in Gainesville, Newberry, Jonesville, and surrounding areas. I use somatic techniques for nervous system regulation and awareness, Internal Family Systems Therapy to support and heal your inner parts, and Narrative Therapy to reshape the stories that have shaped you. I also integrate ACT and DBT tools to help you stay grounded and aligned with your values. Christian integration is available for those who desire it.
