My belief is that therapy is a collaborative process in which both myself and the client must work together for long lasting results. I believe in the importance of addressing individual needs and strengths throughout the treatment process. I have experience in using play therapy as well as behavioral and cognitive approaches to help children as young as five years old to grow and heal. I work together with parents to help them better understand and relate to their children's emotional needs and promote positive behavioral change.
