Passion...not everyone has it or even knows where to begin to find it. So much gets in the way of it, such as life, work, raising a family, running a business, being a single parent, saving a marriage, surviving grief...or just surviving. I want to help you reconnect with those parts of yourself that have been put aside, help to restore meaningful relationships, self-worth, self-respect, and to assist in finding passion in living, while overcoming obstacles of grief, addiction, trauma, guilt, or fear. Let's get started! I work from an Attachment framework, NARM, CBT, EFT and other modalities including Faith (when requested). I enjoy working with individuals and couples, and with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, infidelity, sexual abuse, grief, faith dilemma's, or chronic pain. I have specialized training with the NARM Institute for working with trauma, as well as EFT Therapy for couples.
