Hi, my name is Delmy Portillo, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who practices primarily Psychodynamic therapy. I enjoy supporting my clients to find meaning, purpose, healing, and growth in various areas of their lives. My areas of focus are relational dynamics, maladaptive coping skills, and identity. I primarily work from a Psychodynamic approach and use other modalities such as Client-Centered, Gestalt, and Cognitive Behavioral. I will meet you with empathy, validation, and unconditional positive regard.
