Current and past experiences can be overwhelming and often show up as depression, anxiety, or relationship issues. Counseling offers the space you need to connect with your core self and find healing. The therapeutic relationship can undo the aloneness and provide the support you need. We will collaborate to soothe the nervous system as well as process disowned emotions to completion. Healing and inner peace are possible. I can work with you wherever you are, and I also offer Christian faith integration for clients who request it.
