Relationships can be messy and sometimes lead to emotional, mental and behavioral issues. At the same time, relationships can also be a source of healing which is why a therapeutic relationship can help in overcoming these difficulties. I have extensive experience working with individuals (both adolescent and adult) and assisting couples and families with relational conflicts. I enjoy helping others gain insight to the causes of their struggles and empowering them to learn to cope with, accept and work through life struggles that would otherwise seem overwhelming and out of their control.
