I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor in Florida, who believes in providing clients with a safe space to fully express themselves while gaining clarity. For the past 6 years, I have been working with adults and adolescents who need assistance with depression, anxiety, stress, and anger management. My goal is to collaboratively work with individuals on their treatment goals, which will be the priority throughout treatment. In order to create lasting change, I believe we must first create awareness of what we are experiencing and why. I utilize the best therapy modalities that meet the clients' individual needs.
