As a Clinician with over 4 years of experience, I assist clients in the facilitation of behavioral change, encouragement in fostering healthy relationships, enhancing coping ability, and more. I believe that therapy is collaborative between myself and the client/family, as the journey in overcoming difficult challenges and situations is unique to each individual. I prioritize providing a supportive, safe and nonjudgmental environment where my clients feel listened to, understood, and accepted. I work with children, adolescents and adults experiencing a wide variety of challenges and stressors. My specialities include anxiety, depression, life-transitions, challenges in interpersonal relationships, and PTSD and other forms of trauma or stress-related disorders.
