My therapeutic orientation is eclectic and includes Humanistic, Existential, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), action-oriented, life coaching, EMDR and Biofeedback. I do short-term (CBT) and long-term (insight-oriented) therapy, and have considerable experience in helping with isolation/relationships, financial anxiety, medical/sexual concerns, and work stress.
