I work with adults feeling overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, or cultural expectations. As a Mexican American woman and single mom, I understand how mental health can feel taboo in Hispanic communities. My approach is warm, patient, and nonjudgmental. I offer a safe space to explore your emotions, set boundaries, and reconnect with yourself. As an MSW intern, I provide virtual therapy under supervision. You don’t have to carry it all alone—let’s work through it together.
