Hello and welcome to my page! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping individuals empower themselves and live their best lives! I know that it can be difficult to seek help. I have found that most of the problems we face revolve around knowing how to manage our distressing emotions effectively and confronting relational issues successfully. I am trained in various therapies that can directly address those challenges. It would be an honor for me to partner with you in order to reach your emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical well-being! I am trained in various treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment-based Therapy, and Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also utilize aspects of other modalities to provide a well-rounded therapeutic approach.
