Oftentimes people believe that therapy is complicated and/or long term, but it does not always have to be. I believe in solution-oriented therapy which helps my clients obtain insight and clarity so that they are able to move beyond the areas that are keeping them "stuck". I take an active and direct approach to helping my clients develop a true sense of self so that they can live happier and more fulfilled lives.
