If you are living and struggling with the pain of drug and/or alcohol abuse or dependence, then you may have experienced a broken spirit which can lead to feelings of hopelessness. I do not believe this disease is hopeless. If you are using alcohol to cope with life transitions, such as aging, grief, divorce, illness or adjusting to an empty nest, I will work with you in a safe, confidential and supportive environment to address your feelings and bring about positive change and hope. We will work together to establish goals that you believe are achievable in your individual journey towards recovery and wellness.
